About The Job :

The Business Development professional (BD) is expected to leverage his/her expertise in identifying business opportunities and driving growth. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, actively seeking new prospects, and delivering tailored corporate service solutions. The BD guides clients through our offerings, manages complex contract negotiations, and ensures client satisfaction. He/She has excellent communication skills, engages in cross-functional collaboration, and stays informed about industry trends through market research. Responsibilities include managing sales performance metrics, developing sales strategies, supporting team members, and representing the company at networking events.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads within the corporate services industry, utilizing your expertise to spot business opportunities.
  • Prospect and Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships, manage and ensure conversion and client satisfaction. Seek out new prospects actively. Manage relationships through emails, live chats, phone, and face to face interactions.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and present customized corporate service solutions. Manage the process to identify the scope of work, define the business case, complete pricing analysis, present proposals, and negotiate and manage contracts through execution.
  • Client Education: Guide clients through our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring they understand the benefits.
  • Contract Negotiations: Work with Company management in handling complex contract negotiations.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights. Generate reports for informed decision-making.
  • Client Feedback: Collect and use client feedback to enhance our services.
  • Performance Metrics: Forecast and continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outcomes. Report and present key performance indicators.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like legal, compliance, marketing, and operations for a seamless client experience.
  • Networking: Build your professional network in corporate services and legal industries. Attend relevant events to represent SFM.
  • Prospecting and Relationship Development: Develop and manage specific companies, prospecting, setting customer meetings, and building new customer relationships.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on services and industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy and strategic planning: Analyze, develop, and implement effective sales strategies, including target identification and process definition (current / prospective customers).
  • Investment Proposals: Propose and drive investment proposals, including detailed market, competitor, and consumer growth analysis.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, legal regulations, and market dynamics to remain an expert.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Law degree advantageous).
  • Experience: 3 years of Business Development roles in the company formation and corporate services field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and another language
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at establishing connections and building trust.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles. Proven records of sales growth.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business fields of Offshore and UAE based mainland and free zone. Familiar with industry-specific tools and software for company formation and corporate services.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills and effective multitasking.
  • Market Research Skills: Proficient in market analysis and trend identification.
  • Networking Abilities: Effective in expanding professional connections.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting to changing market dynamics.
