One secretary (or more) must be appointed for the registration of a Malaysian(Labuan) company.

At least one of the secretaries must be a Malaysian resident. Therefore, this option has been automatically selected. The mandatory local company secretary services are obtained through SFM and its agent in consideration of the company secretary service charge.

The company secretary service may be used where a client must meet local requirements, as it is the case in Malaysia (Labuan).
